Leadership, Authentic Governance and Involvement

The AGI encourages members to volunteer in its authentic governance and activities. Many opportunities exist to become involved with AGI and help shape its future and give back to the authentic governance community.

AGI Global Board of Directors


AGI’s Board of Directors oversees the strategic direction of the organization and determines policy and interprets the organization’s bylaws. The Board supervises the direction and control of AGI and its committees and publications.

Early 2014, the Board approved the appointment of five members, three of whom hold the offices of Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer. Each Director serves a two-year term, with a maximum of two terms. The Chair is elected annually and can run for a second term.

Global Committees/Taskforces/Core Teams


Volunteer groups are meant to ensure more effective and efficient decision-making and ensure all AGI volunteer work is tied to the objectives of AGI’s Strategic Plan.

The 2014 Core Teams address the following priority strategies:

  • Creating partnerships to grow AGI’s body of knowledge

  • Developing a global-standards system

  • Building a high-performing culture

  • Helping AGI in becoming a preferred resource for the business community


The Board will create more taskforces, panels, and focus groups, as specific needs arise.

AGI Chapter Regulatory Liaisons Network


The AGI Chapter Regulatory Liaisons Network gathers input from all over the globe from volunteer Chapter representatives who monitor and discuss regulation issues impacting the coaching profession. Members interested in the liaisons network, please contact info@authenticgovernance.org.

Local AGI Chapters


AGI Chapters are led by local AGI Members who are Master Certified Authentic Governance Consultants. Volunteer opportunities vary among chapters but may include serving on a local chapter board or committee or assisting with local public relations/marketing efforts. Role: Registrar and Vice President

Dr. Kingsley Oroh is the Founding CEO of Authentic Governance Institute in Nigeria. He is the global Vice President and Registrar at the Authentic Governance Institute, USA. He is an Author and a doctorate (Ph.D.) degree holder in Leadership and Sustainability. A Seasoned Telecommunications & ICT Executive with over twelve years of experience in project delivery and leadership. Dr. Oroh have managed multidisciplinary teams of project managers delivering various cutting -edge telecommunications, ICT and real estate projects to both private and public sectors across Africa, Europe and UAE. He is an Alumnus of TUA, Ife & Lagos Business School (LBS) Executive Education. Dr. Kingsley A Oroh has been recognized as one of the Nigerian Top 5% Executives in the telecom & computer networks industry 2015, “Award of Excellence 2015”. He is a dynamic business leader with several certifications from Cisco, ITIL, tmForum, HSE, and Project management (Both PMP and Prince2). He has vast experience on using different project methodology(Agile, Prince 2 and Props-C) in delivering projects. He lectures Project Management at Edupristine as guest faculty.

His personal mission: Dedicated to to help leaders develop conscious and sustainable capabilities that will help them lead a sustainable change; for themselves, their people, their teams and society. Dr Oroh cares about leading a sustainable change. He does this because he loves to see that your present action will not compromise the future of many generations to come!
